A one-time, 75-minute intensive session designed to give you clarity, support, and a fresh perspective on your wellness goals. Together, we’ll explore where you are, what you want to move toward, and the simple, sustainable steps that can help you get there. This session is perfect if you’re craving direction, accountability, or a focused game plan you can start implementing right away.

The Kickstart Series

A focused 3-month coaching program designed to help you build momentum and reset your daily habits. With six 1:1 sessions, we’ll explore your goals, routines, and lifestyle patterns, and create simple, sustainable steps that support your well-being. Perfect if you're looking for clarity, accountability, and a short-term program with meaningful impact.

The Total Reset

A comprehensive 6-month coaching program for clients ready for deeper, long-term change. With 12 biweekly sessions and weekday messaging support, we’ll work together to build sustainable habits around food, movement, stress, and daily routines. This program offers structure, accountability, reflection, and personalized support—helping you feel more grounded, energized, and aligned in your everyday life.
